1. WHAT ARE YOUR WEEKEND SERVICES LIKE?

Each Sunday at Oasis Church, you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with great, dynamic worship music and a practical, relevant message. You can also find an electronic outline for notes in your YouVersion app that will help you make the most of each week’s teaching. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled Oasis kids service.

2. WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON MY FIRST VISIT?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while – and that is fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, drink the free coffee, and see if this is the church for you!

3. WHAT DO I WEAR TO ATTEND YOUR SERVICES?

You’ll find our attendees come in a variety of dress – from casual to more dressy. Wear what is comfortable for you!

4. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Winter Haven, Florida. The service time is 10:30 am. We believe you will love our Sunday service.

5. WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?

At Oasis Church, your children are a top priority. Our nurseries are clean, safe, and staffed with caring workers. We have a dynamic children’s ministry for your elementary children as well, where they get to worship and learn more about Jesus.

6. HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?

There are many ways to get involved at Oasis. One of the easiest ways to meet people is to come a little early on Sundays and mingle around the Rendezvous Cafe before worship. We also strongly encourage everyone to join a Life Group where you can deepen your relationship with other believers. Joining a service team will broaden your connection at OC and it will give you an opportunity to use your gifts and abilities in service to others for God’s glory.

7. HOW CAN I BE DISCIPLED AND GROW?

Our desire is to walk with you as you continue to move beyond where you are, to where God wants you to be. We are able to do this most effectively when you decide to make Oasis “your church.” Then build on that decision with consistent and intentional involvement in the mission of Jesus through relational connection, active service, regular attendance, and personal application of His word to your life.

8. HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED IN A LIFE GROUP?

Life Groups are an important part of Oasis Church and are a great way to get connected; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you have experienced our small groups. In each of these groups, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.
