Oasis Church Covenant

Having received Jesus Christ as my Savior; having been baptized (or seeking to be baptized); and being in agreement with the mission, philosophy, strategy, and values of this church, I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to unite with this body. In doing so, I commit myself to God, the church leadership, and the other Covenant Partners of the church to do the following:

I will actively participate in and pray for the overall ministry of the church; apply the truths of God’s Word to my daily life and teach them to my children; support (promote) the overall ministry and vision; regularly participate in the Lord’s Supper; demonstrate an attitude of grace, love, encouragement, and exhortation toward one another; refuse to gossip; resolve conflicts in a Biblical manner; submit to Scripture and those individuals whom God has placed in authority; financially support the church by regular giving; strive to live in a Christ-like manner in every area of my life; intentionally build relationships with unbelievers in order to point them to Christ; and promote the gospel of Jesus Christ by sharing my faith with others.
